Abstract
This thesis deals with the achievements of Chen Baochens experiment on amodel of modern education from 1896 to 1909 when he stayed in his hometown.Revolving around his experience on the educational model,the thesis explores the features of his practice,the inspiration to us,the causes and assessment of his educational achievements.
