Abstract

Against the background that the contradictions between human beings and nature have become the basic contradictions,the future achievement of the goal for the strategic development of building a harmonious socialist society and the proper settlement of the ecological problems will be of striking significance,which will have a bearing on human beings' existence.Only by considering the matter from this perspective can we better understand the realistic significance of the scientific concept of development raised by the Central Committee of the CP of China.
