Abstract
Objective To investigate the best histological stain method to detect the early myocardial ischemia. Methods Forty five cases of myocardial tissue which were diagnosed as coronary heart disease by autopsy and pathological detection were studied by HE stain, Heidenhain stain and HBFP stain separately and observed by light microscopy. Results The ischemia that the cause of disease was within 0.5h could be detected by Heidenhain stain accurately. Conclusion Early myocardial ischemia can be dyed by Heidenhain stain obviously; Compare with HE stain and HBFP stain, Heidenhain stain is more specific and easier to operate. It should be taken as the first method in the diagnosis of early myocardial ischemia.
