Abstract
At the present stage,China's livelihood issues possess such features as the greater specific needs of livelihood than the political appeals,a large gap between the rich and the poor, contradictions between officials and people, labour disputes, and the reform trap in solving social problems, which result from the asymmetry of the social development and the economic development.Differentiation of social interests, lack of benefit expression mechanism, government's failure in transcendentality and justice, and default of ethics also lead to livelihood issues. Therefore the government should perfect the benefit coordiation mechanism, strengthen the ideological and moral construction, and enhance its autonomy.
