Abstract
With the further development of management system in colleges and universities,the present system can no longer meet the requirements of educational development.Therefore,to build the distribution system suitable for socialism market economy,conform to the development regulation of higher education,accelerate more suitable allocation between staffs and positions,and orient talents and crucial positions have become the mainstream in the reform of colleges and universities distribution system.With focus on the existing problems in the distribution system in colleges and universities,we put forward the guiding line in the reform of colleges and universities distribution system.
