Abstract

This paper analyzes the necessity to conduct property management in colleges and universities and the existing problems, and suggests the advantages of using the resources and talents of the colleges and universities themselves. Finally, some methods and measures are suggested to attach importance to both management and service, perfect mechanism, regulate management, and make clear relations of different kinds, improve the efficiency and benefits of property management in colleges and universities.
