Abstract

Objective To study lower abdominal transverse incision healing and appearance. Methods Retrospective analysis in June 2009-2010 year in January with lower abdominal transverse incision cesarean section, hysterectomy, ectopic pregnancy, laparotomy, etc.Skin and subcutaneous suture used without benzalkonium chloride paste paste. Results Non-suture group 0 cases of wound infection,no redness, induration, line access response, mean postoperative hospital days to 6.5 days.Suture group 5 cases of wound infection, with an average length of stay 8.5 days, subcutaneous induration 85 cases, the line received 91 cases of reaction, suture scars in 93 cases. Conclusions Skin and subcutaneous lower abdominal transverse incision without suture using benzalkonium chloride paste paste incision healed well,No foreign body stimulation,a seamless line of response, anatomical level of the co-neat,Incision formation was linear, seamless line of scars, eliminating the need for stitches fear,Discharge time, hospitalization costs were reduced, cut appearance.Get the majority of patients alike.
