Abstract
This paper analyzed the influence of functions of aerobics on the college students' health by means of teaching experiment and with the methods of literature study, questionnaire, and mathematical statistics. The results showed that aerobics was fit for the students of different genders and levels. However, there still existed differences in its mental health function. It was suggested that a set of scientific self-(evaluation) system should be set up to monitor its periodic effect of aerobics' teaching.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
