Analysis of demand for public rental housing in Fujian province based on affordable income

Abstract

Public rental housing is an important component of housing security.This paper seeks to perform a simple analysis of the scale of demand for public rental housing in Fujian.First,we conducted researches on the demand of public rental housing.Then we constructed a framework system of housing security and analyzed the demand of the public rental housing in Fujian province based on affordability methods.Finally,we recommend some policies of the supply of public rental housing.
