Abstract
According to the analysis the characteristic of DXF,as well as to the summary of the capacity of change and joint, the paper directs at the flaw in the method of obtaining graphic element data from DXF file in the traditional way,and proposes an approach to classify the graphic element data according to need and optimize the saving method based on the machining order, which solves the identifying problem of closed graphics as well as the one of optimization of saving order and type distinguishing. Also, the paper creates a graphic database of high-performance and high-expendability through a type-oriented designing method. Finally,by using SQL Server to establish graphics database and applying C# and ObjectARX,it realizes the function of reading DXF graphic element data to database and restore to AutoCAD.
