Abstract

The management and safety of computer room are analyzed,and the real-time video monitoring system of computer room are designed in this paper.The monitor system of computer room is achieved with the H.263/264 video encoded technology and RTP protocol.The control methods of real-time video transmission on RTP/RTCP are discussed too.
