H264 on RTP-based real-time transmission system design and implementation

Abstract

H264 is a new generation of video compression standard which is with high efficiency and high quality.This article analyzed video system design and implementation based on RTP/RTCP transmission control protocol and H264 video coding standard.This system can be used in video TV and telephone conference,remote net school,real-time video monitor and telemedicine.
