Every corporate value activity comprises of technology,and technology innovation will affect all the corporate activities,thus will influence competition.So appropriate technology strategy and scientific technology management are important.The authors believe that technology management should consider combination of the activities of RD department and those of the other departments;technology management should consider not only the technology and correlative strategy,but also the availability of technology strategy.Technology management should make use of organization strategic resources.When we formulate technology and specific project activities,we should positively make adjustment according to the feedback of information process.
