Abstract

Nowadays, technologies represent a major growth factor for most enterprises. This fact forces enterprises to consciously develop technology strategies in order to include technology-related aspects in the business strategy. Enterprises can successfully realize their technology strategies, operationalized with the help of technology projects. These technology projects encompass different technology decisions such as make or buy, and keep or sell. A question arises concerning the value, that is the increase in value of all of these technology projects and their performance. This important question appears during the planning phase of technology projects; but it also appears continuously during the revision and adaptation of strategic technology decisions. These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
