Research on the Main Problems and Countermeasures of Youth Soccer Development in China

From the aspects of system,training concept,training practice,culture quality education,training mode,sociological factors,as well as the coaches,etc.,this paper discusses the main problems of youth football development in our country,and puts forward some relevant suggestions.It thinks that the youth football should turn to marketization and professionalism,correct the training concept of the juvenile football scientific development,and let youth football back to its own development track.The youth football training needs to reflect the characteristics of the soccer program and adapt to the adolescent physical and mental development.We should also select athletes scientifically,improve the cultural quality of juvenile football players,fully absorb the advantages of original cultivating mode,especially in sports school pattern should be perfected and improve the ability and level of the juvenile football coaches.
