Current Situation Incentive and Countermeasure of the Football of Adolescent in China

By the methods of documentation and logical analysis,the author has made a profound analysis of Chinese Youth Football Training System.Then the author has concluded the main reasons for the low efficiency of the training are as follows:a single channel of training,ignoring the development of the public football and lack of the liquidity of young talents.According to these situations,the author puts forward some suggestions,which mean that we should broaden the development of football schools to enhance young people;strengthen the players' cultural level and professional occupational attainment.All will be done to establish conditions for our youth football training system,the author hopes to offer the advice on the development of football to make our football stronger.
