Identity:the New Perspective of College Students' Psychological Pressure

In recent years,the psychological pressure of college students in their study and life caused many scholars' attention.Identity theory provides a new perspective to solve the university students' psychological pressure.Eriksson began to study questions of identity since the 1930s,especially for self-identity of teenagers;as for the social identity theory of Tajfel,it helped us to recognize different groups and the group of interstate conflict with reasonable basis.On the analysis of the college students' psychological pressure the atuthors introduced the identity theory and provided new strategies to solve college students' psychological pressure from the angle of individual identity and social identity.The new strategies are: 1.From the self-identity to know themselves better and have a perfect personality;2.College students should form a good self-identity during the process of communicating with others and society;3.From the social identity of group interaction perspective,it is necessary to increase social interaction among each group,thus creating a favorable aemosphere for college students' social identity;4.From the basic social units,such as their families and schools,it is necessary to strengthen the college students' social identity through building their sense of responsibility and the idea of job-choosing.
