Abstract

It is our urgent task to occupy the position of high-technology propagation on internet in order to strengthen the college students' sense of responsibility. The phenomenon of networms among many college students influences the students' normal study, life and healthy growth. We should pay special attention to the college students' psychological health and to make them a wonderful network environment.
