Abstract

A method of preparation of porous borosilicate glass microspheres is expounded in this paper.First,make borosilicate glass beads by glass powder method,and then produce porous glass microspheres through the thermal phase seperation method.According to the optimal solution,the porous glass beads maximum specific surface area can reach 68.18m2/g.Meanwhile,the influence of heat treatment process as well as the acid leaching process on the the porous beads' specific surface area is studied.
