Abstract
The silicate glass was used to manufacture porous glass microspheres;the procedures include melting,grind-ing,phase separation,acid treatment and membranous dealing.The effects of acid-soluble temperature,acid concentra-tion and treatment time on the process of acid treatment of porous glass were discussed.Compared with porous glass micro-spheres component,phase separation temperature,acid-soluble time,we obtained the optimum process of controlling porous glass microspheres and summarized the method of controlling pore diameter of porous glass microspheres
