Abstract

Objective:To explore the immunophenotypic and clinical features of philadelphia chromosome posetive acute leukemia (Ph +AL).Methods:Nineteen previously untreated Ph +AL were included,Morphologic/Cytogenetic and immunophenotypic examinations were performed.Results:19 cases were characteristic of Ph +(ALL 9 cases,AML 10 cases). The incidence in ALL was 33.3 %,in AML was 9.3 %.The incidence of CD 10 was 80.0 % in Ph +ALL expressed B lineage antigen.Lyymphocyte lineage antigen expression was high in Ph +AML and it related with M 5.CR rate in Ph +ALL was 66.7 %,in Ph +AML was 30%.Conclusions:Patients of Ph +AL were particularity with immunphenotypic and clinical features,it had a characteristic of worse curative effect and shortter DFS.
