Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of via-nasal ileus tube combined with somatostatin in the treatment of early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction(EPISBO).Methods Total 42 patients of EPISBO were randomly divided into treatment group(n=21) and control group(n=21).Abdominal circumference, gastrointestinal decompression amounts, the vomiting stopped time and the passage time of flatus and the disappearing time of air fluid level were observed and compared. Results Abdominal circumference reduction was more marklyin treatment group than that in control group [(17.6±4.1) cm vs(5.7±3.1) cm].Gastrointestinal decompression amounts increased obviously in treatment group than that in control group [(1082.6±264.8) ml/d vs(625.3±312.5) ml/d].The vomiting stopped time and the passage time of flatus, bowel recovery time and the disappearing time of air fluid level shortened obviously in treatment group than those in control group(P0.05).Conclusion The flues tube has a notably treatment effect on the patients with EPISBO.
