Improving tactic and scheme research of small software project based on CMMI model

Abstract

CMMI Software Capability Maturity Model has been the standard model on Software Process Improvement. This paper is designed to analyze the issue about using CMMI on software process improvement in the small software project,combining with each of standard of CMMI,bringing forward the practice solution and guiding step concerning how the small software project puts CMMI model into practice.
