Abstract
Based on the specific elements in terms of process area, project, practice and relevant methodologies, which were adopted from Capability Maturity Model Integration(CMMI), this paper studied feasible appraisal program that combined the CMMI implementation cycle model into entire software process, therefore, the index system and measurement model in measuring the quality of software developing process were built and the barrier of CMMI model could only be used in enterprise CMMI certification was broken down.
