Abstract

Extract total flavones from leaves of Cronyza canadensis and purified by polycaprolactam, produced color with aluminium nitrate that was quantitated by measurement of the absorbance at 510 nm. The rutin was used as a standard compound .Discussing the primary factors which influences extraction ratio, those are, ethanol ancentration(50%,65%,80%),solid-liquid ratio(1∶20,(1∶35),1∶50),extraction time (1 h,2 h,3 h), and extraction temperature(40℃,60℃,80℃) and analyzing preferable extraction conditions by variance analysis and orthogonal design, the results show that the optimal conditions for extraction from leaves are 65% ethanol, solid-liquid ratio 1∶50 and extract for 3 h at 80℃. Extraction total flavones from leaves, stems and roots by the optimal conditions and determine content.
