Clinical analysis of low collar small incision thyroid surgery in 14 cases

Objective:To study the technical key points and advantages of low collar incision thyroid surgery.Methods:Fourteen cases of patients were selected,and low collar small incision resection of sicken side lobus or subtotalresection of bilateral lobus combined with isthmus of thyroid gland resection were adopted,surgical results and technical key points were analyzed.Results:Upward side of thyroid was showed clearly by the application of low collar small incision thyroid surgery,and there was no bleeding and side injury intraoperation and postoperative,the average bleeding volume was 20 ml,the average operation time was 53 min,incision was healing by first intention postoperative,all patients were discharged from hospital after 7 d,and incision was small.Conclusion:Low collar small incision thyroid surgery can reduce the trauma face,shortened operative time,reduce amount of bleeding,and intraoperation clearly expose can improve surgery safety,postoperative recover quickly and has no influence on appearance.
