Abstract
Objective To study the clinical significance of co-detections the ANA,anti-dsDNA,anti-ENA antibodies in diagnosis of autoimmune diseases and judging for curative effect.Methods Clinical and laboratory data of 100 patients with autoimmune diseases were reviewed retrospectively.ANA and anti-dsDNA were detected quantitatively by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,anti-ENA antibodies were detected by immunoblotting technique in 45 cases of SLE,12 cases of SS,43 cases of RA and 50 cases of normal healthy acted as control.Results The positive rate of ANA in SLE,SS,RA was 95.6%,75.0% and 27.9% respectively.The positive rate of anti-dsDNA in SLE was 68.9%.The antibody levels of ANA and anti-dsDNA in 30 cases of active phase with SLE were significantly higher than those in 15 cases of inactive phase with SLE(P0.01).In 30 cases of active phase with SLE,the antibody levels of ANA and anti-dsDNA after treat were significantly lower than those before(P0.01).Anti-dsDNA,anti-nRNP/Sm,anti-Sm was associated with SLE.Anti-SSA,anti-SSB was associated with SS and SLE.The positive rate of ANA was 27.9%,the anti-dsDNA's was 7.0%,the anti-SSA's was 4.7%,the anti-SSB's was 4.7%,the anti-nRNP/Sm's was 11.6%,the anti-Sm's was 2.3% in 43 cases of RA.In 50 cases of control,the anti-ENA antibodies were no detected.The antibody levels of ANA and anti-dsDNA were in the range of normal.Conclusion The co-detections of these antibodies are complementary with each other,upgrade the detectable rate and have important clinical value in diagnostic classification,monitor the cure and prognosis for autoimmune diseases.
