Abstract

Objective To compare the anesthetic effect of hypobaric bupivacaine and hyperbaric bupivacaine of com bined spinal-epidural anesthesia in cesarean section. Methods Eighty cases of cesarean section surgery patients(ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱlevel) were randomly divided into group A and group B,40 cases in each group.Patients in group A used 0.167% hypobaric bupivacaine(0.5% bupivacaine 2 mL+sterilizing water 4 mL),while the patients in group B used 0.75% hyperbaric bupivacaine(0.75% hyperbaric bupivacaine 2 mL+10% glucose 1 mL).Continuously monitored the respiration, circulation conditions, hemodynamic changes in the operation, and evaluated the anesthetic effect and ad verse conditions. Results The BP,HR,SpO2 of group A were relatively stable, while the BP of group B was significantly decreased,HR was significantly slowed(P 0.05),and lower than group A(P 0.05).The neonatal modified Bromage score and adverse reactions of the two groups were not significant different(P 0.05).Conclusion The hypobaric bupivacaine of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia is more suitable for patients with cesarean section.
