Abstract
Objective: To study extraction technology of flavonoids from hawthorn fruits. Methods: Single factor and orthogonal test were used to study the different extraction conditions to extract flavonoids from hawthorn fruits, and then the response surface methodology was used to obtain the optimum parameters to extract flavonoids in hawthorn. Results: Solvent: 70% ethanol; supersonic wave frequency: 40 kHz; time of supersonic action 15 min; the material to liquid 1:40. Conclusion: The ethanol supersonic wave draws that the the operation is simple, time short purity high yeild high and no need for heat, the residual is unharmful to be disposed, and can be applied multipurposely.
