Abstract
Objective To investigate the experession profile of liver cDNA clones. Methods By means of hybridization of genes on microarray slide with normal liver mRNA and by comparing hybridization signals on slide genes the differential expression genes were examined. Results 1487 of 1500 cDNA clones on slides expressed in normal liver and 97expressed in higher level 1010 expressed in middle level 380 expressed in lower level. Conclusion cDNA microarray quantitative analysis is an effective method to test expression defference.
