Abstract

 Objective To investigate the experession profile of liver cDNA clones. Methods By means of hybridization of genes on microarray slide with normal liver mRNA and by comparing hybridization signals on slide genes the differential expression genes were examined. Results 1487 of 1500 cDNA clones on slides expressed in normal liver and 97expressed in higher level 1010 expressed in middle level 380 expressed in lower level. Conclusion cDNA microarray quantitative analysis is an effective method to test expression defference.
