Abstract

This paper gives a review of the process of producing the methane in a low temperature and anaerobic digestion. In recent years, the researchers have separated some methanogens growing in a suitable temperature range of 15 ~ 25 ℃ and found their distribution. It provides a basis for future research in this field.
