Abstract
Objective To establish a quality control method for Paishilidan granules. Methods TLC was used to identify Herba Artemisiae scopariae、Herba Lysimachiae,Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei,Radix Paeoniae rubra. The chlorogenic acid as the active compound of Herba Artemisiae scopariae in granules was determined by HPLC.Results The method of TLC as identification was specificity,Chlorogenic acid as the active compound in granules showed good linear range at 0.0054~0.085μg.The average recovery was 102.9% and RSD was 0.79%(n=6).Conclusion The method can be used for the quality control of the granules.
