Abstract
Objective To study the CT and MRI in the clinical diagnosis effect of preoperative local staging rectal cancer. Methods To choose for treatment of 46 cases of patients with rectal cancer,46 patients were randomly divided into CT and MRI,two groups have 23 cases of patients with CT group were treated by CT examination,MRI group were treated by MRI.Postoperative local staging two groups of patients with preoperative imaging result compared with postoperative pathologic results. Results For T staging, set the overall diagnostic accuracy of CT was 73.91%,MIR group overall diagnostic accuracy rate was 86.96%;For N staging, set the overall diagnostic accuracy of CT was 69.57%,the overall diagnostic accuracy of MRI group was 86.56%.Conclusion Local before colorectal cancer staging of clinical diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) compared with CT,MRI has higher diagnostic accuracy.
