Reflections on Cadres Morality Construction

Morality construction of the party cadres and officers play an important role in promoting the social and economical development of China. Current problems in morality construction are represented by low ideological and political qualities, prominent official standardthoughts, and declining morals, mainly caused by the impact of the market economy and hence the deviation of values. To strengthen morality construction, guidance must be provided with moral values and ethical behavior, and standardized and institutionalized construction must be started step by step. Eventually, ethical self identification and subjective consciousness will be fostered.
