Socialist New Concept of Morality and Interests and the Moral Problems of Socialist Market Economy——A Analysis of the Moral Construction during the period of Social Transformation in China

The main problem concerning moral construction nowadays is the declining trend of morality and the weakening function of morality adjusting and controlling during the period of social transformation, which reflects people's confusion towards the relationship between morality and interests. By means of building up good institution environment, especially the construction of the institution ethic, it is significant to realize the function of morality as a kind of discipline to restrain others , and then set up the new concept of morality and interests which is fit for the development of socialism market economy to strengthen the present social construction of morality.
