Abstract
Extract fat-soluble substances and water-soluble substance respectively, and study the effect of restraining bacterium of ginkgo leaves extract on staphylococcus aureus, E.coli and Bacillus subtilis by Bisection method. The results indicate that water-soluble substances have no effect of restraining bacterium,fat-soluble substances have the effect of restraining bacterium on staphylococcus aureus, E.coli and Bacillus subtilis. The minimal inhibitory concentration of Staphylococcus aureaus is 7.5 mg·mL-1, The minimal inhibitory concentration of E.coli and Bacillus subtilis is 15 mg·mL-1.
