Abstract
There is no relevant norm on the current TBM construction in railway project. This paper aims to find a technical and economic guidance for it. Based on the reasonable construction organization design parameters,scientific resource consumption data,scientific contribution of drivage resource consumption in different types of surrounding rock and accurate determination of TBM machinery cost consumption,TBM construction quotaes are formed. Combining the construction organization of West Qinling Tunnel in Lan Yu Railway,data are collected and sorted and TBM mechanical quota are analyzes. According to the TBM labor,materials,mechanical resource consumption,tunneling construction quota of all kinds of surrounding rock are formed. According to the TBM installation,demolition of construction organization and resource consumption,TBM installation and dismantle norm are got. Other related construction norm like Supporting,synchronization of TBM construction are compilated bying adjusting the existing railway tunnel lining budget quota. This discussion can instvuct the project cost management and provide a reference for cost analysis of similar TBM construction project. Then it is helpful to TBM budget quota compilation in railway industry,also could be a reference of TBM project investment control.This conclusion is useful in TBM budget quota compilation in railway industry and TBM project investment control.
