Research on Generation Formations of Sports Law Theory in China

The formations of theory generation is a logical thinking,perspective,research methods and research paradigm while researcher construct affects subjectaccumulation of science capitaland enhance of theory quality. Discipline theory grade promotion or not,to a certain extent,is closely related to researchers' consciousness,understanding and use of generation theory. Studying on some research results of nearly 30 years and find that formations of theory generation can be divided into exogenous and endogenous,which main theories is from other disciplines or theory mainly comes from foreign research results,and theoretical research based on inherent attribute of sports law subject or sports law;According to dimensions of view is to solve problems or to construct theory,formation can be divided into practical and theory,which theory arise from sports practice needs,and analysis methods based on theoretical reasoning. According to dimensions of theory concerning time,we can sum up two theory generation methods of forward and backward,namely the future and history theory generation. Discipline theory is not always generated along a single path,between generation mode of existence of mutual penetration and overlap. This article failed to summary all theory generation of sports law. No matter what kind of generation,is objective demand and inevitable path to develop sport law,there is no good or bad judgment of value. It intends to discuss with colleagues in educational circles,the basic problems in development of related disciplines.
