Abstract
With advent knowledge economy,staff in in colleges thought politics should study hard,renew idea,prepare well and help initiatively.In knowledge economy ages,main contents in thought politics work should center on improving quality of people. The forms in thought-politics work should suit characteristics of knowledge economy,use new means and create new ways.
