Abstract
Objective:A method for the simultaneous determineation of arsenic and selenium in the tea by atomic fluorescence spectrometry has been developed. Methods:The sample was dissolved with HNO3-HCLO7,and analyzed by AFS-9130 double-channel atomic fluorescence spectometor. Results:Under the best condition, the relation standard deviation of arsenic and selenium was 5.58% and 5.92%.The detection limit of the atsenic and selenium was 0.0020 mg/kg and 0.0038 mg/kg.The coveries of arsenic and selenium ranged form 91.0% to 99.1% and 95.0% to 98.3%.Conclusion:The above method is highly sensilive, repeatable and applicable.
