Abstract
Determination of traces of residues of nitrofuran antibiotics and its metabolites in foods derived from animals are summarized in the present paper. The main detection methods of nitrofuran antibiotics and its metabolites, including high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS),liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),are introduced. In addition, the development trends of detection methods for trace amounts of the drugs in the foods derived from animals are also viewed.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
