Analyses on the Management Model of EPC Project about Long Distance Oil and Gas Pipeline

Abstract

On the basis of an introduction to connotation,evolution and characteristics of management model for EPC project,combined with the management status of domestic EPC project about oil and gas pipelines,an analysis focuses on the problems of management model for EPC project in the construction of our national long distance oil and gas pipelines,followed by some rationalization suggestions about current problems.
