Abstract
In this study,we have synthesized a series of new norlignan compounds 2a-2g and evaluated their anticancer activities with MTT assay by using human hepaioma Bel-7402 cells, human breast adenocarcinoma MCF-7 cells, human lung carcinoma A549 cells and human cervical carcinoma HeLa cells. It has been shown that the products(2a-2g) exhibit higher cytotoxicity to cells, and especially, product 2b treated with Bel-7402 cells shows a lower cytotoxicity(IC50: 18.9 μg/mL) than free paclitaxel.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
