The tragedy denotes its academic concept either as aesthetics tragedy or dramatic tragedy.The tragedy concept in aesthetics field is discussed in this paper.Several kinds of tragedy theories established in development history of tragedy were analyzed from its origin to search the nature of tragedy.The nature of tragedy spirit was concluded as the struggle between justice and evil.As a concrete state of struggle development,final termination of action and its fighting subject is the main content of tragedy philosophy.
