Abstract

Objective To discuss the clinical effects of intravenous injection of amiodarone for the treatment of acute myocardial infarction with sustained ventricular tachycardia(VT)and ventricular fibrillation(VF).Methods From March,2008 to May 2010,96 patients with acute myocardial infarction with sustained ventricular tachycardia and ventricular fibrillation from Emergency Department of the Hospital of Liaoning Armed Police Corps were selected as objects. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Observation group(intravenous injection of amiodarone treatment group,n=48) and control group(lidocaine treatment group,n=48).A retrospective analysis on treatment situations and adverse reactions was made. Results In observation group, the efficiency rate was 95.8%,relapse rate was 2.1%,incidence of adverse reactions was 8.3%,which were statistically significantly different compared with the control group(χ2=7.648,6.875,8.465,P0.05).Conclusion Intravenous injection of amiodarone for the treatment of acute myocardial infarction with sustained ventricular tachycardia and ventricular fibrillation has the advantages of obvious clinical effects and lower incidence of adverse reactions.
