Abstract

Objective:To detect ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu),mycoplasma hominis(MH) and chlamydia trachomatis (CT)in patients with urogenitai infection and analyse their sensitivities to antibiotics in Hulubeier city.Methods:460 urogenital specimens were detected by mycoplasma and chlamydia trachomatis testing methods.Their sensitivities to 9 antibiotics were determined.Results:156 of 460 cases 33.91% were positive in mycoplasma. The positive rate of UU,MH and UU combined with MH was respectively 78.84%,11.53% and 9.62%,34 of 156 cases(21.79%) were positive in MH combined with CT.Mycoplasma was sensitive to pristinamycin, jusamycin, doxycycline or azithromycin, resistant to ciprofloxacin ofloxacin, erythromycin or tetracycin. Conclusion:Josamycin, doxycycline or azithromycin is the first choice of medication for mycoplasma infection in Hulunbeier city.
