Abstract
Experimental teaching evaluation system plays a very strong role in orientation and quality supervision over the course organization and implementation.However the current system is not perfect.So it's important to reform the teaching evaluation ideology and establish some scientific contents and criterion. This paper offers a new system of teaching evaluation aiming to guide students in efficient study and have positive washback effect.
