Abstract

Objective Discuss the application result of two methods that attracted subglottic retentate in ICU patients with tracheotomy. Methods 104 cases of patients with tracheotomy and mechanical ventilation,according to the admission number were randomly divided into group A and group B,Patients in group A were treated by subglottic discontinuous suction and washing,Patients in group B were treated by continuous subglottic attract plus intermittent flushing,Observe the number of cases of ventilator associated pneumonia(VAP) occurred,and time of occurrence,Observe the number of cases of mechanical ventilation time and choking cough and attract pipe plugging,in two group,in two weeks. Results The patients with VAP,mechanical ventilation time and choking cough and attract pipe wall in group B were significantly less than group A(P0.05),compare with group A,the patient with VAP had significantly delay time in group B(P0.05).Conclusion ICU patients with trachea cut operation mechanical ventilation were treated by subglottic continued pressure suction and intermittent flushing,not only can achieve the goal of clear gasbag retentate above,but also can effectively reduce the occurrence of VAP.
