Inheritance & Development ——A Consideration to the rule of folksong singing and "the rule of Chinese singing"

The article gives analysis to problems in rule of national singing: folk as headstream of national singing; relation between inheritance and development; combination of folksongs and bel canto. It seems having common understanding in general, but in fact understanding is muddy in such problems as rule of folksong relation between folksongs and the rule of Chinese singing, technically taking bel canto as reference, and cognition of national music from angle of national culture, etc. Inheriting and developing folksongs, creating vocal school of Chinese features is an important part for prospering nadonal music. It is essential that we should study and explore folksongs and folk as well as forms of the rule of Chinese singing and their human spirit.
