Abstract

Russian secondary vocational education is a particularly significant part of national education system.Secondary vocational schools are the main cultivating basis for training ordinary technical talents in national economic development.In the 1990s,secondary vocational education expeienced the enormous changes,and then has developed steadily in recent years.Accordingly,this thesis is attempting to analyze and research the current situation of secondary vocational education,and furthermore to predict its developing trend aiming at borrowing the valuable reference for Chinese secondary vocational education.
